Planning for your Waikīkī hotel
Hale Koa Hotel
For equipment requested for a Hale Koa stay, provide the name on the hotel reservation, your tower if known, and a phone number where we can reach you. Confirm any guest eligibility or access questions directly with Hale Koa. We will agree on delivery and pickup arrangements before dispatch; do not assume that equipment can be left at a gate or bell desk without confirmation.
Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort
For a rental request at Hilton Hawaiian Village, include your hotel reservation name and tower or building if known. Confirm the precise receiving location with us before delivery; the property name alone may not identify your handoff point.
The Twin Fin
For a stay at The Twin Fin, send your check-in date, arrival time, and preferred equipment start time. If you need equipment before you arrive, ask about an advance bell-desk handoff so we can confirm permission and timing.
Other Waikīkī hotels
Include the full hotel name and address, even if it is not listed here. If you change hotels during your rental, tell us both addresses and dates so we can discuss pickup and any revised arrangements.
Before your arrival
