How hotel delivery works

1. Send your rental dates, equipment needs, hotel name, and the name on your hotel reservation.
2. Tell us your arrival time and when you will finish using the equipment. Include a phone number where we can reach you during your stay.
3. We confirm the equipment, price, payment, and delivery and pickup plan with you.
4. Use the agreed handoff location. Bell-desk delivery before arrival can be arranged only when the property permits it and arrangements are confirmed.

Can I collect equipment from any hotel bell desk?

Hotel bell desks are for that property’s registered guests. Please use only the handoff location confirmed for your own stay.

Can pickup happen the morning after I finish?

Tell us your final use time and departure plans. Next-morning pickup may be arranged in advance; the location and timing must be confirmed.

Are delivery charges included?
